File change monitor for Windows

This tool monitors and logs file accesses performed by applications on a Windows PC. This can be useful for find out which application is accessing which file. The log can be saved as file.

The following file operations are monitored:

• Created
• Deleted
• Modified
• Renamed

Various actions that trigger file operations can be suppressed with the filter. The monitoring can be restricted to a specific folder (including subfolders) or applied to an entire drive.

Note
This executable is stand-alone. That means, no installation is necessary. All settings will be saved in a INI-file in the same folder of the executable if the folder is writable.
